Introduction

Pricing Policy 

• App / Platform itself does not sell products / goods /items in the platform as we do not have any inventory for sale ourselves.
• The sellers registered with the platform are to price the product / goods / items they sell, through the platform, in accordance with any and all rules and regulations of the Indian Government (Central and/or State and/or Union Territories) or regulatory bodies defined by the Government of India.
• This includes, not limited to displaying total price in single figure of any good or service, along with the breakup price for the good or service, showing all the compulsory and voluntary charges such as delivery charges, postage and handling charges, conveyance charges and the applicable tax, as applicable.
• The price of the goods cannot be changed arbitrarily once order has been confirmed. The seller is bound to follow order commitment and fulfillment.
• Sellers or bodies representing them agree not  to manipulate the price of the goods or services offered on its platform in such a manner as to gain unreasonable profit by imposing on consumers any unjustified price having regard to the prevailing market conditions, the essential nature of the good or service, any extraordinary circumstances under which the good or service is offered, and any other relevant consideration in determining whether the price charged is justified
• The price set is the same for all customers and sellers agree not to discriminate between consumers of the same class or make any arbitrary classification of consumers affecting their rights under the Consumer Protection Act India.
  

Cancellation Policy

Buyers are eligible to cancel orders placed through the platform / app under certain conditions.  Sellers agree to these terms and conditions by using the app / platform.

• Cancellation charges may be incurred if buyers decide to cancel the order as similar charges are incurred by the app / platform itself on doing so.

• Buyers are eligible and free to cancel the orders placed through the app / platform without incurring and cancellation charges 
  • on non-stock orders and orders with stock and non-stock goods mixed orders. Here order is confirmed only after the seller can guarantee delivery of the ordered products in ordered quantities within reasonable time. Here buyers can cancel before confirmation of such orders without incurring any cancellation charges. 

• Buyers would incur nominal cancellation charges for orders
  • orders confirmed by seller – paid online, still in processing and not in route for delivery
  • orders confirmed by seller – COD, still in processing and not in route for delivery
  • orders confirmed by seller – Online payment and COD, but delayed due to constraints not under the control of seller or platform (Force Majeure) 
• On stock orders already confirmed and in route for delivery, On non-stock orders already confirmed buyers would be eligible for canceling the order, with nominal cancellation charges, only if the seller agrees to do so. Here buyers may not be eligible for cancellation if the seller does not agree to it.

Grievance redressal  

• Grievance redressal for any issues with the app, data safety, privacy policy users may send their queries or questions or doubts to info@tracogo.com 
• Officers in charge of these may provide appropriate relief or guidelines or suggestions to such queries, questions, doubts to ensure that the issue or grievance are addressed at the earliest.   

Policy Update information

• Any and all policy updates will become active after explicit communication to the users of the app / platform by proper channels. 
  • After the agreed time or change of policy or update of policy, users are to read and understand the changes and can raise queries to us at info@tracogo.com for clarifications (if any).
  • All updates would be mentioned in policy documents online and users could access them through usual channels.
  • Users are advised to check the policy documents for any updates regularly to stay updated about relevant policy changes or new government regulations or regulations of any regulatory body in India.

Jurisdiction details

• The App / Platform falls under the jurisdiction of the Indian Government (Central and/or State and/or Union Territories) or regulatory bodies defined by the Government of India. The app and platform follows and acts in accordance with laws and regulations. Any contest and queries for the app / platform confirms to Indian Jurisdiction alone and any other forms of contest are not accepted.
